3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the aj999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. 6. Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard accounts; however, VIP accounts may be eligible for enhanced daily withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP Programme Terms.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any KYC verification process;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;

11. Account Suspension & Closure

aj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player is engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity;
• The account is being accessed or operated by an individual other than the registered account holder;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the aj999 platform or to the interests of other players;
• The Player is a self-excluded individual attempting to access the platform in contravention of a self-exclusion agreement;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed aj999 to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed by aj999 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, the verified Account Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method within 10 business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach, aj999 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation of the suspected breach.

Players may voluntarily close their aj999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not exempt a Player from any outstanding wagering obligations or liabilities to aj999 at the time of closure.
